This hat is a colorful Unicorn with earflaps to keep the ears warm from the wind. Many color combos can be used to change it up.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

Worsted weight yarn
White (approx 200 yds)
Black (small amt)
Purple (approx 20 yds)
Pink (approx 20 yds)
Lt Pink (approx 10 yds)
Green (approx 10 yds)
Red (approx 10 yds)
Yellow (approx 10 yds)
Orange (approx 10 yds)
Blue (approx 10 yds)
Gold or Silver ( small amt)
(However, these are the colors I used, you can use whatever colors you want.)

6mm, 5mm, 4mm and 3.5mm hooks
Scissors
Stitch Markers
Poly-fil

Stitches used and abbreviations:

Ch - chain stitch
St - stitch
Sc - single crochet
Dc - double crochet
Hdc - half double crochet
MR - magic ring (if you do not like to use this, ch 2 and make the stitches in the first ch)
Sl st - slip stitch
Sctog - single crochet 2 together (decrease)
FO - Fasten off
