Pips-mittens are worked in the round and have an arched gusset.

Both sizes have the same stitch count and instructions, only the needle size used differs resulting in different finished measurements.

Sizes

Small (Medium)

Finished measurements

Hand circumference: 17.5 (20) cm/ 7 (8) inches

Yarn

80 g of fingering weight yarn, app. 170 m (186 yds) per 50 g. The sample mittens were knitted with Garnstudio Drops Nord in colourways 6 Dark Grey (MC) and 18 Goldenrod (CC1) and 1 Off White (CC2). You will need 50 g of MC and 15 of each CC1 and CC2. The sample mittens with folded cuff used all of the MC, so if your gauge is off it is advisable to have a bit more.
