The size of the finished toy with the use of recommended materials and 4.0 mm crochet hook: pirate Jack ~35-36 cm (~14 inches) high, parrot Tim ~9 cm (~3,54 inches) high.
Pay attention that in case of using materials other than listed your toy size will differ from mine.

Recommended materials and tools:
1. Plush chunky yarn 100 gr/120 m (#6 Super Bulky). I use Himalaya Dolphin Baby & Vizell Baby Smile:

• #80353 (powder) -1/2 of a skein;
• #80341 (blue) – 1/3 of a skein;
• #80352 (red) – 1/2 of a skein;
• #80322 (cherry) – 1/2 of a skein;
• #80343 (dark brown) – 1/3 of a skein;
• #80337 (brown) – 1/3 of a skein;
• #80311 (black) – 2/3 of a skein;
• #80301 (white) – 1/3 of a skein;
• #80369 (dark grey) – 1/4 of a skein;
• #80313 (yellow) – 1/4 of a skein;
• #80365 (sand) – a little for parrot legs and beak.
Vizell Baby Smile
• #028 (green) – 1/2 of a skein.

  1. Cotton or semicotton yarn 50gr/160 m. I use YarnArt Jeans #53 (black) for embroidery, #28 (goal grey) for hook hand and eye patch crocheting, #73 (peach) for tightening.
  2. 4.0 mm crochet hook (US size G/6) (main).
  3. 1.75 mm crochet hook (US size #0) for hook hand and eye patch crocheting.
  4. Filling (hollofiber or fiberfill for stuffing).
  5. 16 mm safety eyes for Pirate.
  6. 10 mm safety eyes for Parrot.
  7. Eyelashes.
  8. Glue.
  9. Thin wire, 70 cm (~28 inches) and band-aid for frame to strengthen the neck.
  10. Dry pastel pink color and brush for make up for toning cheeks.
  11. White felt.
  12. Yarn needle, pins, stitch marker and scissors.
