Difficulty: advanced beginner, with experience in fairisle
Sizes available: child, adult

Supplies:
Suggested needles on 12” or 16” cable: 5mm or 6mm, or size needed to obtain gauge
Yarn - worsted or bulky weight yarn
Yardage - 80-120yd or less
Additional - Scissors, darning needle for sewing ends, stitch marker, (pompom), (DPN)

Gauge:
BULKY - 15 sts and 20 rows = 4” square (6mm needle)
WORSTED - 18 sts and 24 rows = 4” square (5mm needle)

This is a knit pattern bundle that uses fairisle techniques (2 strands max) and includes three charts, directions for a ribbed brim or a folded brim, and instructions for a regular, messy bun, or slouchy hat. You can choose which chart you would like to follow: Yoho Beanie, Anchors Away Beanie, or Skull’nCrossbones Beanie. The actual pattern is very basic, and this is a great introduction to fairisle knitting, and the perfect gift for sea-faring-lover out there!
