The pixie bobble bonnet has details for each of the 4 size options and includes a description of the pattern.

It is knitted flat and seamed at the back before the neckband is added. I have included two methods: picking up the stitches and knitting sideways in garter stitch or knitting the band separately and sewing it to the bottom edge of the bonnet.
