Crochet Patterns For A Rectangle Placemat & Square Coaster Set.

These are fun, beginners crochet patterns, for creating a pretty placemats and coasters set.
This set will make a great addition to your table setting and home décor.

The patterns work well with two colours, but you can make the set as colourful as you like.

Placemat size is about: Length 15 inches, width 13.4 inches (38 X 34 cm).
Coaster size is about: 4.5 X 4.5 inches (11.5 X 11.5 cm).

1. Detailed step by step photo tutorial.
2. File without pictures for printing the pattern.

Patterns are written in US English terms.

It is a good idea to familiarize yourself with the patterns by following the photo tutorial first.
The printable version is best used when you already know the pattern.

Skill level: Beginner.
A basic knowledge of crochet techniques and stitches is required.

1. Yarn: Sirdar Stories DK, 128 m/140 yard/50 gr. or any other brand of DK yarn you like; the exact amount of yarn needed is detailed in the pattern.
2. 3.5mm (Metric) E/4 (US) crochet hook.
3. Tapestry needle.
4. Scissors.
5. Stitch markers (optional).
