Plague Buddy
A little fun in the palm of your hands!
Chase those germs away in style with this cute, quirky knitted hand sanitizer cozy. The Plague Buddy is modeled on the plague doctors of old. Knitted in the round, (and partly flat), this is a fun, fast project!
NOTE: This is the first time I’ve charged for a knitting pattern. All money from sales of this pattern will be donated to Meals on Wheels America. Please do not sell the pattern. Thank you for being a wonderful part of the knitting community!
What you’ll need:
∙ Worsted weight yarn – less than a skein – in two colors. I like white or a light color for the “mask” part of the pattern, and another color (black is classic!) for the rest.
∙ Size 6 (4mm) dpn needles
∙ Stitch marker
∙ Buttons for eyes, or yarn
∙ Small amount of polyfill or yarn scraps for stuffing
∙ Yarn needle
∙ Hand sanitizer bottle
