the pattern comes in many sizes - newborn, 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-24 months and 2-4 years.

THIS IS A BEGINNER FRIENDLY AND EASY PATTERN.
it is knit flat. there is no knitting in the round.

gauge - 18 stitches 10cm/4inches over stockinette stitch.
GAUGE IS IMPORTANT. you will have to make your own gauge swatch in order for the bonnet to fit and be the right size. otherwise the sizing will be way off!

You will need a skein of Worested yarn and knitting needles (to obtain the gauge). You can use either single pointed needles, or any circular needles. also you will need a darning needle to weave in the yarn ends.
