This pattern is featured in the book Knit a Little by Marie Greene.

No matter how old we are, we’re never too old for play time with a friend. We might call it brunch or happy hour these days, but the idea of setting aside time to unwind with your favorite people will always be a welcome distraction.

High contrast colors bring the simple stitch detail to life in playful rings of color. There’s no colorwork, no carrying floats, it’s just a series of stripes and slipped stitches. Knit top down in the round, this sweater works up quickly in worsted weight yarn.

For the grown-up version, see Happy Hour here: https://www.oliveknits.com/product/happy-hour/
