I have always loved texture. That is why I am continually drawn to the art of knitting. After designing two lace projects It was time to create something easier. Simple blocks came to mind and flowed onto my needles.
I used one of the multi-color yarn packs and a solid for my shawl. I discovered that one of the colors didn’t quite work with my solid choice, so I swapped it out. That is what makes it fun.
This is also a great opportunity to use up scraps of yarn from other projects. You’ll need about 90 yards of the same weight yarns.
