The sub header for this pattern is:
TWO PIECE DUSTEEN DRESS NO. 3614

Pattern gives instructions for Blouse, Belt, and Scarf. It references another pattern in the booklet for the Skirt.
The Blouse is knit top-down in one piece, but flat, with the break in the center of the back, until the end of the raglan increases. At that time the sleeves and front are held aside on circular needle, while the back is knit flat all the way across. Then the right sleeve is knit flat, then the front, then the left sleeve. The blouse is seamed up the sides and the under sleeves and then the back slit is fastened closed with buttons.
The blouse needs 8 small buttons for the back, then one for each sleeve cuff.
