The wedding guests were delighted at the clever way the bride and groom posted the reception room seating arrangement. They had just witnessed the couple express their commitment to each other and vow to nurture their married life. This was ceremoniously demonstrated by pouring seeds and water into a pot. At the reception room entrance each guest received a table-numbered wildflower seed packet representing their home state. With smiles the guests then followed instructions to “Please be seeded”.

This shawl is constructed from tip to tip, increasing to the center, and then decreasing to the end to form an elongated triangle. Design elements include seed stitch, two different types of cables along the perimeter, and an I-cord edge.

Note: Different weight yarns can be used IF 51% of the total amount/weight of the yarn is saved for the decrease section. Also choose needle size that is appropriate for the chosen yarn.
