This is my original pattern for a unique dress for 16 inch dolls. This pattern uses a shell stitch that I think looks like brocade and has two top strap options. I have also included tips for adjusting the pattern to create dresses for Gene dolls and 18 inch Kitty dolls.

I have included many tips and options in this pattern to help you achieve a great dress for your doll and to help you adjust for the different sizes.

Pattern is sized for cotton size 10 crochet thread, bedspread weight.

Due to the sizing issue of achieving a good fit on your doll and the tension differences that can occur in crocheting it is recommended for INTERMEDIATE OR ADVANCED crocheters.
