Plumpy Pig
by Wendy Slack
Using Bernat Satin - multicolour yarn for head, body, feet, ears and tail about 80 g/146 m (3 oz/160 yds) and solid colour for tip of snout and ear lining about 5g/10 m(.2 oz/10 yards) - using different types of yarn and differing size needles will alter the size but still make an interesting little pig.
The pig has a colour and a rose that can be made of any contrast yarn available.
Other materials required - polyester stuffing, yarn needle, measuring tape and black yarn for eyes and nostrils
