Plush Beanie was fun to make. I decided to make my own pom pom for this hat and link on how to make one is included in the pattern. Beanies can always be stash buster projects. Single color or stripes or variegated yarn will just create something new and different! Have fun!

Tips and thoughts

An adult size hat measures 6 3/4” across the circle before you stop increasing.

Gauge= why bother?
I think hats are sometimes difficult for some people to make. Even if you use the exact yarn and the exact hook size, we all crochet a little differently, our tension is different. I tend to crochet loosely and my stitches are tall. So yes, to be able to make a successful hat and have it fit, please do a gauge Swatch.
