The finished chick and egg, when worked in plush chenille yarn, will measure approximately 12cm high and 10cm at its widest point.

I used Aldi Chunky Baby yarn to complete the chick and egg, but any chunky or chenille yarn would work. You can also use lighter weight yarn but they may be pretty fiddly. You could use several strands of lighter yarn, but I have no way of telling what the results would be like.

It is written in US terms but easily converted to UK terms.
