These mittens are worked in the round from the bottom up to the top. The thumb is made by gradually increasing stitches on one of the sides (gusset). The hand is closed with 3- stitches bind off, and once finished, the live thumb stitches are placed back onto needles to finish the tip.
Quick and easy project for a weekend.
In fact, you can knit a dozen of them in one weekend and be ready for Christmas.
Yarn- Used with 3 strands of yarn #1 and 2 strands of yarn #2 held together.
Size adult: XS, S, M, L.
Measurements based on circumference of hand flat
just under knuckles without including thumb.
Cm/ inch-166⅓, 176⅔, 187, 197½.
