Materials
All weights are approximate and will vary depending on the brand of yarn you choose and how tightly you crochet.

For the plush snowman I used:
Velvet touch luxury in white. (Bought from B&M UK store) 160g
Aldi baby yarn blue 80g
Stylecraft aran in orange (small amount)
Any yarn to make a pom pom
A length of black yarn for the mouth.

This pattern will also work in Aran/worsted or dk weight yarn.
For the smaller Aran snowman I used stylecraft in
White 80g
Red 50g
Orange (small amount)
Any yarn to make a pom pom
A length of black yarn for the mouth.

You can use any colours or brand for this pattern but the results will be slightly different

Safety eyes 24mm for the plush snowman,
Safety eyes 20mm for the Aran snowman,
Toy stuffing
2 buttons - optional

Terminology/ Abbreviations

This pattern uses US terms

ch = chain stitch

sc = single crochet
inc = increase 2 stitches in one stitch

dec = Decrease. (crochet 2 stitches together)
FLO = work in the front loop only
BLO = work in the back loop only
