The Pocket Cable/Diamond Brocade Blanket pattern is a 2-for-1 combo pattern. The working side of your blanket is a subtle pattern of ‘pocket’ indents, and the reverse is a high-texture diamond brocade pattern.

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate.

SUGGESTED MATERIALS: 9 balls of Red Heart Loop-It yarn (3.5 oz/100g (Image shown is the colour ‘Purple’).

SUGGESTED TOOLS: No needles required (finger knitting). Scissors.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 42” x 48” (106.5 cm x 122 cm).

PLEASE NOTE: This pattern will work with any brand of loop yarn, but keep in mind that the size of the loops, and size of the balls/skeins of each brand is different.

Lion Brand Off-The-Hook, Red Heart Loop-It can be used with this pattern as is and will yield a blanket of approximately the same same size. Alize Puffy will require approximately the same number of skeins, but will yield a slightly larger blanket.

If you use Bernat Alize Blanket-EZ yarn, the loops are larger, so the blanket will be larger; and because the balls are larger (6.4 oz/180g), only 5-6 balls should be needed.
