This pattern is for a Tunisian crochet skirt that is worked flat in one piece top-down and then sewn along the side. The numbers in the pattern corresponding to the following sizes 18 months (2 / 3. Years, 4 / 5 years, 6 years, 7 / 8 years, 10 years).

Yarn:
Col A: Knit Picks Mighty Stitch in Wisteria 100 yards (worsted weight size 4, 80% Acrylic 20% Superwash wool, 208 yds/190 m, 100 g/3.53 oz)
Col B: Knit Picks Mighty Stitch in Fairy Tale 112 yards (worsted weight size 4, 80% Acrylic 20% Superwash wool, 208 yds/190 m, 100 g/3.53 oz)
Col C: Knit Picks Mighty Stitch in Mulberry 94 yards (worsted weight size 4, 80% Acrylic 20% Superwash wool, 208 yds/190 m, 100 g/3.53 oz)

Hooks:
Size I (5.5 mm) Tunisian crochet hook with a 24” cord to hold stitches or size hook needed to obtain gauge.

8 locking stitch markers
Yarn needle
Scissors
Measuring tape

Gauge:
Gauge is 18 sts over 14 rows in Tunisian Simple Stitch = 4” square using 5.5 mm Tunisian crochet hook

Calculate approximate yardages for each color by dividing the total yardage by 3 and adding 20 to 50 yards for the pockets

Pattern is written to allow for 1” of positive ease at hips. Add yardage if the hip size of your child is larger than that given in the chart.
