This pattern was inspired by the chance meeting and many happy moments of joy I shared with with Dedri Uys, Shelley Husband, Petra Creutziger, and Susannah Kate, who were all in Sydney for the Crochet Guild Australia Conference, June 2023. Our Sydney local yarn store, Morris and Sons, organised a fun dinner for us, and there were many, many moments of laughter, talks on crafts and life, over food and a wine bottle named “Yarn Addict” :)

My little contribution is the Fifth Square in the Pockets of Joy Series, and is literally that - smaller pockets of joy coming together to build a large one!

Use literally any yarn, a hook to match, and use up all your scraps too, as long as your heart is happy with the way you put together the colours!
