Poinsettia (Julstjärna)
The pattern is available in Swedish and English.
Poinsettia is the name of the flower that we call Julstjärna(Christmas star) in Swedish. It is a very traditional flower around Christmas.
You can adjust the size of these mittens by changing the gauge.
The recommended gauge gives you a pair of mittens that is 10 cm wide. If you want/ need them to be smaller you need a higher gauge and if you want/need them to be larger you need the gauge to be lower. 32 sts/10 cm gives you a mitten that is approx 11 cm wide.
You can adjust the gauge by changing the size of your needles and/or yarn.
I recommend you to make a swatch.
The mittens are knit from a chart with som additional written instructions.
