My son asked me to knit him a Pokeball for Christmas. So, I made up this pattern. It’s basically two knitted baby hats sewn together, with a crochet circle as the button. He loves putting a small stuffed animal in it, throwing it across the room, and saying “(Toy name), I choose you!.”

This can easily be made with ends of yarn you have lying around - any kind of worsted weight will do. Washable yarn is recommended - this is going to get get dirty if it’s played with.
