Ok. What is a ‘jumbo-mini’ Pikachu exactly? Well, it’s a modification of my mini Pikachu pattern with Jumbo yarn and a few more rounds! This was my first experience using Jumbo yarn and actually I’m in love with it. It’s so full and thick – and I got to use one of the hooks I never usually work with (4.5mm)! So how about it- are you ready to up-size your Pikachu!?

Jumbo-Mini Pikachu is about 7 inches (~18cm) tall from feet to the tip of the ears, and has a 5-inch (~13cm) armspan. For my fellow Canadians, this is basically a bit taller than a medium coffee cup from Tim’s.
