Riolu is a little fiddly at times but in my opinion, very worth it!
Needle felting skill is required to be able to make a Riolu like in the picture advertised, however felt can be used as a great substitute.

Materials used: yarn, toy stuffing, needle felting fibre, needle felting needle (or felt)
