Spheal, a cute blob of a fan favourite amongst the Pokemon community, this pattern will teach you how to create your very own Spheal that works up quite quickly and comes out a brilliant chonky size.
I’ve tried to keep this as beginner friendly as possible, so only basic stitches are used (US terms: SC, INC DEC) so anyone of any crochet skill level can add a much-needed Spheal into their or a friends lives.
Add to your crochet Pokemon collection, pop this chunk on a shelf or desk, or take him out whilst playing Pokemon GO for good luck! It would make a great gift for a loved one too.

Spheal comes out at a lovely 10cm tall from ear to flipper and 13cm long from tail to mouth.
I used a 4mm hook (G) and 4ply yarn for these measurements.
