Polar Star is a triangular shawl with fitting darts that won’t let it slip off your shoulders.
The shawl is knitted from back center down to edging. On WS rows pattern stitches are purled.
The chart shows only 1/2 of the shawl, after CS the other half is mirrored.
The first and last five stitches form the selvage knitted in garter st,
the first st is slipped knitwize, the last st is purled.
The size is variable depending on the yarn weight and needles, your gauge and desired size.

Yarn – 170-250 g,
Meterage - 350-500 m /100 g
Needles - 3.5 mm, 4.5 mm
