I will not recommend you any particular type of yarn, choose whatever you like. I will only give the parameters of the yarn that will work best for that piece.
Yarn with parameters: 250m-300m per 100g. Crochet hook 4-5.5.
S / M: 800m-1000m
M / L: 1000m- 1200m
Sweater is adjustable, you can do the size you need.
