I’m back this week with another Pokemon pattern, it’s kinda been a little while! I’m bringing you another super simple one this time around: Poliwag! Can easily be made in 2h or so, so grab your yarn and make yourself this cutie!

Materials
To make Poliwagyou will need:
– A 2.5mm Crochet hook
– Dark blue and white yarn as well as some pink for the mouth and cheeks and black embroidery thread for the eyes and spiral
– A tapestry needle and scissors
– Stuffing
– A stitch marker to help you keep track of the start of the round
Please note that you can make Poliwag using any size crochet hook and yarn weight for a smaller or bigger result. Using DK yarn and a 2.5mm crochet hook, Poliwag should be about 7-10cm tall (depending on how you sew on the tail).

Stitches & Abbreviations
The pattern is written using US crochet terms in continuous spirals. You will need to know the following kinds of stitches to make him:
– Magic Ring (MR)
– Chaning (Ch)
– Single crochet (sc)
– Half double crochet (Hdc)
– Double crochet (Dc)
– Decrease (dec); preferably using the invisible decrease method
– Increase (inc)
