Construction:
The Polka Bonnet is work almost seamlessly. We will start with a long chain; neck ribbing and body of the hood will be worked in 1 panel while changing color for the polka dots pattern by Intarsia crochet technique.
We then will fold in half, seam the sides to make the hood, add the double folded ribbing.
The ribbon is crocheted separately, and to insert in the loop that double folded ribbing created.
