This is a fun scarf knitted with polka dots in double knit. The colours on the front and back are reversed, one side has black dots, the other white dots. I included a simple guide to double knitting as I do it (continental-left hand knitting). If you have not tried the technique before, it takes a little while to get used to, but the pattern is simple enough to knit the dots by heart after a little while.

I used aran weight yarn so it turned out huge and very thick. Any yarn between 6ply sock yarn and aran weight yarn would work, making it bigger or smaller.
