Polka Heart Socks are simple yet adorable little socks with a slipper like feel to them. This is achieved with the combination of thicker yarn, garter stitch heel and a double cuff.

The pattern includes two sizes, 38/39 and 41/42 EUR (8 and 11 US) but the size is easy to adjust. The pattern includes tips on adjusting both the length and the width of the sock.

You need two yarns for these socks. These are a great stash busting project for lonely yarn balls and scraps as 100g of the main color and 10g of contrast color should be enough. For the sample socks in size 38/39 I used approximately 85g and 8g.

Special techniques used are Judy’s magic cast on for the toe and German short rows for the heel. The pattern includes instructions and photo tutorials for both of them.
