What could be more fun than pom poms? Think about it—they exist to delight us, to embellish and enliven functional items. These cozy ankle-height slipper-socks are festooned with a plethora of poms to add joy to your day every time you look down. If you aren’t addicted to making pom poms, you will be after this!

Pom-magic even works on other species. Beware if you are a cat owner— this could get messy.

Slipper is designed to fit snugly. If you are between sizes, go for the smaller size to ensure fit.

Thicker yarn is used for the slipper body, and color-changing worsted yarn is used to make the pom poms.

The sole is worked in garter stitch on larger needles with two strands of bulky yarn held together. Stitches are then picked up around the outside of the sole with smaller needles and a single strand of yarn to knit the back and sides of the slipper, then the toe/top of foot section is worked last.
