Finished doll measures about 15cm/ 6in tall. This pattern is rated intermediate level. The stitches used are mostly basic except for the loop stitch.

It is all really well explained with pictures of the process. The crocheting part is pretty fast but putting it all together might take a bit more time and patience.
It is worth it in the end.
