This neck wrap can be made with or without buttons and button loops. If you choose not to use buttons, you will need a scarf pin to secure it around your neck (top photo). Without buttons, it is difficult to get the two points to overlap and align perfectly as pictured in the bottom photo. The two square ends come together and overlap secured by the buttons and loops. The squares are made using a Linen Stitch so one lays flat on top of the other.

You will need about 200 yards of each yarn. The entire pattern is worked holding the two yarns together for a variegated affect.
