I used Red Heart Comfort yarn (two skeins or the two threads of a skein).
- Red Heart Comfort (454 g/16 oz/792m/867 yds, 100% acrylic) #3220 – Charcoal
6 mm and 8 mm needles (straights or circulars)
Tapestry needle

Gauge:
With 8 mm needles, 12 stitches = 10 cm in Double Seed Stitch.
