I wanted to create a dress to be worn for either the pool or the beach area. When I saw the dress that a certain pop star was wearing I said that’s it. This pattern comes in two sizes, woman size small and large. The beauty of the yarn weight and hook size we use to create the dress makes the dress size very versatile. The yarn we use is Lion Brand Yarns – 100% Acrylic – light 3. The color yarn we use is Meowth. This pattern is a 2 row repeat. To adjust the length of the dress add or remove stitches from the beginning chain in multiples of 4, if you want the dress wider just add more rows. For the design of the dress we use the granny stitch. Give it a try and see how yours comes out.
