This hat was designed for my daughter’s love of the little mermaid. Its the perfect hat for stash busting scraps of fingering weight yarn.

Skills needed 2 color stranded color work.

Yarn: less than 85 yards per color of the following 7 colors in fingering weight yarn I used cascade 220 fingering but feel free to stash bust in any fingering weight yarn!
Teal Green Ecru Navy Blue and Light blue

Stitches needed:
Knit (K)
Purl (P)
Make one (M1) increase- dip left hand needle into the work and catch the float between and knit the float thru the backloop
Knit two together (K2tog) decrease
