It is written in US terminology.

Materials required :
Thread with any size with a matching crochet hook.
Suggested thread size no 20 and suggested hook 1.75mm.
I used Anchor mercerized Crochet thread no. 20 (250 to 400 yards) and hook with 1.75mm. It measures 13” (33cms)

The final size of the doily varies depending on the thread size, hook size, tension maintained by you while working.

Pattern has stitches like SC, DC, FPSC, FPDC, BPDC, CSDC, Popcorn st, FP-Split DC, etc

Some special stitches like Half Petal stitch and Crab stitch is present. (Petal stitch explained here)
