Size 3+/Heavy DK/Light Worsted. The recommended yarn is a squishy, plied, rustic wool with good stitch definition.

CONSTRUCTION
The design is knitted in the round as a tube to form a double-sided fabric. One side features a cabled leaf and vine motif and the other side has simple textured stripes. The ends of the tube are sewn closed and the scarf is finished with chunky tassels.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
One size, with notes given for customizing length and size to suit personal style. Width – with tube flattened 10.5” (27 cm); Length – not including tassels 72.5” (184 cm); Tassels – from edge of scarf 2.5” (6.5 cm).

NEEDLES AND NOTIONS

• Circular needle size US 7 (4.5 mm)
• 24” (60 cm) length recommended, or use magic loop with a longer needle

GAUGE
Knit in the round, after blocking: 19.5 sts and 24.5 rows = 4” (10 cm) over leaf chart; 17 sts and 24.5 rows = 4” (10 cm) over stripe chart (same gauge as StSt).
