The Poplar Socks are named after a street I grew up near, which inspired the meandering lace pattern. These top-down socks are fun to knit with a simple road-like meandering lace column travelling down the sides.

US 1 (2.25mm) 32 or 40-inch circular for magic loop, dpn’s or 9 inch circular
Note: The pattern is written for a 9-inch circular. If you are using dpn’s or magic loops, markers are only needed for the gusset decreases
