Poppy Pocket Shawl
Poppies are considered a symbol of sleep and peace, and the red poppy has become synonymous with Veteran’s Day in the US and Remembrance Day in the UK. The red poppy is also a favorite theme for clothing designers, fiber artists, and potters. The California poppy is a brilliant yellow to orange flower that blooms across the state in spring and summer.
This gorgeous Poppy Pocket Shawl tapestry crochet pattern has instructions for both the red poppy and the yellow poppy, worked with 5 motifs across its entire length or only 2 motifs at either end. Color-coded chart included.
