Poropuntius Shawl is a right angle asymmetric triangle of 72 x 180 cm (altitude x hypothenuse).

Poropuntius is featuring a stockinette slip stitch pattern (mosaic) inspired by Barbara Walker’s Treasury of Knitting Patterns, alternating small garter stitch sections.

Poropuntius Shawl is worked in 4 colours. Be sure to have enough contrast between the chosen colours for the mosaic designs to arise effectively.

This pattern is appropriate for knitters who want to dive into the world of mosaic for the first time, and those with some experience with slip stitch patterns. Basic knitting knowledge of k, p, k1tbl, yo, m1l, m1r is required.

The instructions are written in in every detail and also contain charts of all the mosaic sections.
