The Port-a-Pouch is designed to hold the post-surgical drain bag specifically for cancer patients. I hope that the colourful bag brings some cheer to patients in an otherwise scary time. The pouch could also be used to carry the phone, keys, etc

The pattern needs yarn in 3 colours- about 66mts (22gms) of Colour 1 and 54 mts (18gms) each of Colours 2 and 3. It could also be made with more or less colours. However making it in a single colour does not show the pattern well.

It also requires a canvas or fabric strap to give it the strength without being heavy.
