Portage Bay Legwarmers
These legwarmers are incredibly soft and cozy! Tuck them inside your favorite boots or wear them alone over leggings. I love this pattern because the smocking creates a stretchy, feminine, and unique touch. These are unlike anything you’ll find in the store and look impressive while not being overly fussy to create. I hope you love them as much as I do!
