Porthleven Christmas Tree Garland
Christmas Garlands have been used in many cultures across the world as symbols of purity, peace, love, beauty, and passion. Often depicted as pine tress and foliage they symbolise everything we associate with the time of year and festive season.
Traditionally hung on a Christmas tree or over a mantlepiece, they are the perfect adornment to your home.
Our pattern reflects the beautiful pine trees from the Penrose Estate that overlook the beautiful coastline at Loe Bar using simple natural fibre from some of the Lleyn sheep who live nearby in Porthleven. A truly Cornish Christmas garland.
There are three different tree patterns included, we suggest making 3 of each three so you have 9 trees in total to make your garland.
You will need 2 meters of twine to tie the Christmas trees once all the trees have been knitted.
