An undulating pattern of stitches mimics the gentle motion of waves whilst glimmering fibers evoke light patterns shimmering on the surface.

When properly blocked, this should settle around your neck in rings - much like a puddle of water in which a pebble has been dropped, or, perhaps a tangled nest of kelp. In a pinch, you may pull it up over your head and use it as a wimple if your ears get cold. It’s not as bulky as a scarf and you don’t have to worry about constantly readjusting it around your neck.

This is a simple, easy to memorize stitch pattern and suitable for tv knitting.

Two border options (knit, crochet) and two sizes small, large (snug, roomy)

Small
23” neck circumference X 28” bottom circumference X 17” long
