It is knit flat, then the cast on and bound off edges are joined together.

Instructions include 8 reversible pattern stitches - all are interesting and easy to knit.
Required skills are casting on, knitting, purling, binding off and seaming.

Finished measurements: 50” circumference x 6” width, after blocking.
