This is a super quick and enjoyable project, with fabulous results!
The Posh Tosh Slip Stitch Cowl is knit seamlessly in the round, on circular needles.

Cowl was designed to use 2 skeins of Tosh DK yarn - 1 each in a multicolor and a solid/tonal shade.

Bottom and top edges are knit on a size 6 (24” circular) needle, and the main body of the cowl is knit on a size 8 (24” circular) needle.
Recommended gauge is 4.5 sts per inch in stockinette stitch, on the larger needles. Exact gauge is not critical, but will affect finished size and amount of yarn used.

Each cowl used less than 1/2 skein of each yarn.
You should be able to make 2 cowls, from 2 skeins of Tosh DK yarn.
Every version will be an original work of art, created by combining 2 colors of Tosh DK yarn with a simple slipped stitch pattern!

Pattern includes instructions for easily adjusting the length (circumference) and height of your cowl.

Required skills are casting on and joining in the round, knitting, purling, slipping stitches, and binding off.

As an extra bonus, I have included simple alternate instructions for those who have difficulty joining your work in the round!

I hope you’ll enjoy knitting and wearing these cowls! Please post photos of your finished projects, to share with all of us!
