Crochet version of the amazing Postcards from Sweden quilt by Jeliquilts.

With 6 rounds per block in DK yarn with a 4mm hook, this comes out approx double bed sized.

Pattern includes video instructions for 2-colour half-square-triangle solid granny square block, plus a list of the 31-34 yarn colours in a mix of stylecraft and scheepjes that match the Kona fabrics used in the original quilt.
